Color Writing
- What are the three primary colors?
- Red, Yellow, and Blue
- How are secondary colors created? Cite an example.
- By mixing two primary colors together, an example is a painter mixing Red and Yellow together to make Orange
- How are tertiary colors created? Cite an example.
- By mixing a primary and a secondary color together, an example is a painter mixing Blue and Green together to make Teal
- What is the difference between subtractive and additive color models?
- Subtractive is when you add the three primary colors and the result is black, and additive is when you add the three primary colors and the result is white
- How can color affect our perception?
- It can affect our mood, our rationality, our hunger, our ideas, it can affect just about everything about us
- How does one color affect each other?
- Certain colors make other colors pop or appear to have different shades
